PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Interior makeover

SCOPE OF WORK: Renovations can be cumbersome. Many decisions have to be made up front to get a smooth transition into each phase of construction. This older home near the beach was typical of many homes built in 1960's. Many rooms were small and closed off. With the aid of some designers that we engage, this new design reveals a more transitional flow to the other areas of the home. The homeowner chose light colors that enlarges this space. New cabinets, granite counters, full wall splashes, new appliances and new tile bathrooms complete with new plumbing fixtures all play a part to make this southern home welcoming.
