PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Interior/Exterior makeover

SCOPE OF WORK: This indoor and outdoor makeover including converting an existing bedroom and bath into a new kitchen, which provided a new opening to the sunroom, with lots of light and a great view of the property and ocean. We also removed the existing kitchen, turning this area into a bedroom and a bathroom. Because we replaced the kitchen in a different part of the home, and concentrated on phases of construction, the homeowners were minimally inconvenienced.
