PROJECT DESCRIPTION: New construction of primary residence.

SCOPE OF WORK: Remove existing home from property and clean up site. Build two new three-story, 2,800-heated-square-feet homes with decks and screen porches on two floors, with parking underneath. Build two swimming pools, landscape lot, install exterior lighting and install concrete driveways. Features include nine-foot ceilings throughout, hardwood flooring on entire main level, ceramic tile floors and walk-in custom ceramic tile showers in master bath. Both homes feature five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and two half baths.
