PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Interior/Exterior makeover

SCOPE OF WORK: This beach cottage has a charm all of it's own. Located just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach, the owners decided a larger kitchen area would service their family gatherings better. We took out some interior walls restructuring the inside for a more updated open feel to the kitchen and dining space. The laundry room became part of the kitchen conveniently tucked behind closed doors - complete with a second refrigerator, sink and extra storage. Some exterior work was also involved as we expanded part of the house utilizing some of the back patio space and turning it into part of the kitchen and laundry space.
